Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS España. When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure may automatically process technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referring page, browser type, operating system and access status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose technical faults.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation of the website. Log data is retained only for the period required for these purposes or applicable legal obligations and is then deleted or anonymised in accordance with the hosting configuration.

Cookies, analytics and YouTube

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. YouTube content remains inactive until you press a play button. Activating a video establishes a connection to YouTube and may allow Google/YouTube to process technical usage data and place or access storage on your device under its own policies. The activation is voluntary; alternatively, you can leave the video inactive. If further tracking features are introduced later, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

Contact by email

If you contact Semitoo by email, the information you provide is processed to answer your enquiry and manage the related communication. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate correspondence. The information is deleted when it is no longer required, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Links to third-party platforms

Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Deezer, YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok receive data only after you choose to open their websites. Their own privacy policies apply from that point onward. Semitoo has no control over the processing performed by those platforms.
